All Alpine Schools to which the seal of quality had been given by the Austrian Alpine and Mountaineering Schools, guarantee that every sport and mountain tour undertaken will become an unforgettable experience to their clientele.

The following is applicable:
• Safety is considered to be priority one during all tours and courses.
• Every tour or course is held by a certified and very qualified mountain- or ski guide/ski instructor.
• The education and training qualification of each mountain or ski guide or ski instructor corresponds exactly to the sport discipline which is offered during the course (such as mountain guides, ski-guides or ski-instructors, canyoning guides, hiking guides etc.)
• All participants should enjoy the tours and courses and have quick success – such is our big goal we focus on.

Furthermore:
• The Alpine and Mountaineering Schools can be reached all the year round, so that you can get competent information and consultation about all courses and tours at any time (=Here the general opening hours in Austria are applicable). Registration for the courses is also possible at any time.
• All employees of the Alpine and Mountaneering Schools do their utmost to offer a perfect service:

You will get:
• competent information about equipment
• detailed information about where to rent and get sport equipment
• information about arrival/departure and meeting points
• We handle all paperwork of insurances for you
• We organize transfer shuttles and other means of transport for you
• Parking organization and parking space reservation is also made by us during the period of the courses

To make it easier to you to recognize the Alpine and Mountaineering Schools, which guarantee a maximum of service and safety, the Association of the Austrian Alpine Schools together with the Austrian Ministry of Economic Affairs, created the seal of quality for Austrian Alpine and Mountaineering Schools. This seal of quality does not just guarantee
efficiency and good quality of the courses to their clientele but also grants that the courses are held by very qualified and certified ski instructors and mountain guides.
